Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Redd Ink Prints. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at help@reddink.shop within 7 days of receiving your item.
- For damaged or defective items: If your sticker arrives damaged or is defective, we will happily replace it at no extra cost to you. We may require photo evidence of the damage.
- For incorrect orders: If you received the wrong sticker, we will ship you the correct item immediately.
Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or for customer-caused damage. All sales are final except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Custom or Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized sticker orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Redd Ink Prints is not liable for any errors caused by incorrect information or spelling provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Limitation of Liability
BY PURCHASING FROM REDD INK PRINTS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- AS-IS Product: All stickers are sold "as is." While we stand by the quality of our products, Redd Ink Prints does not make any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Application and Use: Redd Ink Prints is not liable for any damages or issues that arise from the application or use of our stickers. It is the customer's responsibility to properly apply and care for the product. We are not responsible for any damage caused to surfaces by improper application or removal of the stickers.
- Waiver of Liability: You agree to release and waive any claims against Redd Ink Prints for any injury, damage, or loss that may arise from the purchase, use, or misuse of our products.
- Damages Limitation: In no event shall Redd Ink Prints be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Your sole remedy for any issue with our product is replacement or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
New Jersey Consumer Rights
This policy is designed to comply with New Jersey consumer protection laws. If there is a dispute regarding a defective item, this policy does not affect your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
