• What shipping options do you offer?
  • We currently ship all orders via USPS. You can see all available shipping methods and costs at checkout.
• When will my order ship?
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
• How long does shipping take?
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once it has been sent out.
• How can I track my order?
  • Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to check the status of your delivery.
• What if I never received my order?
  • If your order tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.
• Can I change or cancel my order?
  • We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@reddink.shop. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

• Are your stickers waterproof?
  • Yes, our stickers are made with a waterproof vinyl material. They can handle splashes and moisture, making them perfect for water bottles and other surfaces that may get wet.
• How do I apply my stickers?
  • For the best results, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Peel the backing off the sticker and apply it firmly, smoothing it out from the center to the edges to avoid bubbles.
• Do you offer custom stickers?
  • We love custom orders! Please send us an email at hello@reddink.shop with your design idea, and we will get back to you with more information.

Returns & Refunds

• What is your return policy?
  • Please refer to our dedicated Returns Policy page  for full details on returns and refunds. As all sales are final, we only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
